Always enjoy watching the Verizon .My monniker is our timeshare address in Hilton Head SC . Seeing all the Hilton Head scenery brings back some great memories .
Had a chance to play Harbour Town in 1997 .What a feeling coming up the 18th hole looking at the signature Lighthouse !

I can see what you mean Spinnaker. Looks like a very nice golf course and resort town.

Hello and welcome to the forum Spinnaker. That is some nice scenery you've had the pleasure to play golf in. Do you still spend time in Hilton Head?
Jerry Kelly shot an 8 under par (63) today. Two up on Ernie Els.

Stephen Ames is having a solid 3rd round (-7 thru 13).Hopefully he can continue on thru Sunday . Canada needs a pro golfer to get a good finish or a win .

It sure would be nice to see a Canadian win again. Ames is right there in a good position only 4 shots behind the leader after 3 rounds. I hope he will have a good round Sunday.
Jerry Kelly -13
Kevin Na -12
Ernie Els -12
Boo Weekley -11
Stephen Ames -9

Ames has a great chance but due to wind conditions stopping play today we'll have to wait until Monday to see how this tournament finishes.

Stephen Ames had a great Saturday but Monday didn't go so well. I'm sure he won't use it as an excuse but maybe having to wait a day and finish Monday took some of his momentum away.

The Verizon had to finish on Monday due to high winds on Sunday and it was a great start to the new week for Boo Weekley as he won the Verizon Heritage.
1 Boo Weekley 67 69 66 68 270 $ 972,000.00
2 Ernie Els 65 65 71 70 271 $ 583,200.00
3 Stephen Leaney 66 68 70 68 272 $ 367,200.00
T4 Kevin Na 67 68 66 73 274 $ 237,600.00
T4 Vaughn Taylor 71 66 67 70 274 $ 237,600.00
6 Zach Johnson 70 68 66 71 275 $ 194,400.00
Is that The Masters champion with another pretty good tournament finish?
